By accessing or using PaakNikah ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. PaakNikah reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Eligibility
To use PaakNikah, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (21 for males seeking marriage in India)
- Be of the Muslim faith
- Be legally eligible to marry in your country of residence
- Not be currently married unless legally divorced or widowed
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
3. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
- You must promptly update your information if it changes
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users must NOT:
- Create fake, misleading, or fraudulent profiles
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Share inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content
- Use the platform for non-matrimony purposes (e.g., business solicitation)
- Share other users' personal information without consent
- Use automated tools to scrape data from the platform
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in any activity that violates Indian law or Islamic ethics
5. Content Guidelines
All content on PaakNikah must:
- Be accurate and honest
- Be appropriate and modest (in line with Islamic values)
- Not contain nudity, violence, or inappropriate material
- Respect the privacy of others
- Not violate intellectual property rights
PaakNikah reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.
6. Premium Subscriptions
- Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time premium purchases
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
7. Termination
PaakNikah may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Disclaimer
PaakNikah is a platform for Muslim matrimonial introductions. We are not responsible for the actions of users or outcomes of introductions made through our platform. We make no guarantees about finding a marriage partner. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into a marriage.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaakNikah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
